[She brings her hand behind his neck, tugging him to come even closer. As much she liked teasing and seeing him squirm she still found this side of him more entertaining.]
Not sure yet. Which one do you think would be more accurate?
[She just finds that stupid grin of his amusing. It's really been ages since she's flirted like this with someone who's closer to her own age. And hey, at least he's staying mostly still now.]
Mmm, I was leaning towards that one too. But-- [And she leans in and kisses him on the cheek. Because that's what boys get.] I'm not still too convinced.
[He hadn't been expecting that, but now he wonders how he didn't see it coming. It startles a laugh out of him, hand squeezing at her side reflexively.]
Is that all I'm going to get until I convince you?
[J stays perfectly still as he leans in, letting him to kiss her. It's pretty endearing to see him being so obviously excited about the kiss but still so shy. He reminds her from a puppy that wants to play but isn't sure if its allowed to.
She doesn't kiss him back but doesn't pull away either, waiting patiently to see just how chaste Peter wants to keep this.]
[Peter pulls back, just a hair, confused that she's not doing anything. She's not stepping away, not hitting him, so he can't imagine that he's read her wrong on this. That all the teasing was for nothing.
He presses back in again, hoping it's just the time discrepancy putting her on a delay and not some joke she's playing on him. He tries harder, hoping to get her to kiss back, to react. And thinking that if it is a joke, which he's going to pretend he's not considering, at least he'll have something good to remember before she starts laughing.]
[Oh, his confusion makes her laugh a little against his lips but not with ill intentions. She parts her lips for him as he leans in for the second time, now responding to it more accordingly but still letting him have the lead here.
She brings her free hand to rest on his shoulder as she moves the other one to tangle his silver hair.]
[Of course a laugh isn't want he wants from someone when he kissing them, but she's responding and that's far more interesting than thinking about the giggle. The reaction, the hand in his hair, both give him some confidence.
He pulls her in tighter, arms encircling her waist. He's responding more aggressively and with a little much enthusiasm.]
[That's much better. While she likes his spirit and enthusiasms it's still rather obvious that Peter didn't have too much experience when it came to kissing. J tries not to let that bother her as she keeps kissing him back, challenging his insensitivity by gently nibbling on his lower lip.
But she eventually breaks their kiss, leans back to sit on the table behind her and tugs him to come closer.]
[When she pulls away, Peter's grinning ear to ear. After a moment he seems to realize how dorky he's being, tries to tamp down on the excitement and play it cool. But it's still in his eyes and he knows he's not doing a good job of hiding it.]
I brought you, like, half the box. And one of the fruity ones. You gonna want more than that?
I thought so. [She laughs again, leaning in even closer almost as she's going to kiss him again. She lifts her hand from his shoulder and and brings it under his chin, tipping it up with her finger.]
Good, that'd be an awful let down. Now tell me, [She lowers her voice, speaking so quiet that only he could hear her as she twirls her fingers around his hair.]
What does a girl need to do to get that out of you?

I want you to say man, but I'm not going to go speaking for you. I can wait for you to decide.

[She arches her brow playfully, still resting her hand behind his neck. Really, Pete. All you need to do is ask]
no subject
[There's a lot of hours in a day for him, he's had plenty of time to think about her offer.]

Since you asked so nice.
[He leans in, hesitates for a moment to give her time to move away before gently pressing his lips to her own.]

Sounds like a challenge to me.

If you're up to it. Do you like a challenge, J?

So, are you a game?

I could make some jokes about being fun to play with here.

But I really hope that's not all you got.

Of course. Don't go selling me short, J. The best is always yet to come.
